RARE SHOOTING AIR: The Colorado 14ers set league single game records for field goals made and field goal percentage against Tulsa on Wednesday. The 14ers 56 made baskets breaks the previous mark of 54 shared by Colorado (12/23/06 vs. Fort Worth) and Asheville (4/2/04 vs. Fayetteville). Colorado converted 56-of-88 FGA for the game, setting a new league standard of .636. Albuquerque held the previous mark at .627 (vs. Austin 1/20/06).
THEY SAID IT: "He's getting better and better every game. As his work habits improve, so does his game. That's why he's in this league. He knows if he keeps working at it he's got a shot to move up." ... Colorado coach Joe Wolf on Elton Brown's 25-point, 11-rebound effort vs. Tulsa on Wednesday.
TV IN THE OC: The Anaheim Arsenal and Cox Communications have agreed to a four-game TV package that begins with Saturday's game against Albuquerque at the Arena at the Anaheim Convention Center. Rounding out the Cox3 package are games on Jan. 27 vs. Colorado, Feb. 10 vs. Dakota and April 7 vs. Los Angeles.

PLAYER OF THE MONTH: Sioux Falls forward Andre Brown was named the D-League player of the month for games played in Dec. 2006. The league's leading scorer and second-leading rebounder, Brown averaged 23.3 points and 11.2 rebounds over 13 games during December, converting 122-of-190 field goal attempts (.642).
WEDNESDAY MOVES: Arkansas reacquired F Matt Haryasz and waived C Chad Bell. Austin waived F Rod Benson.
