THEY SAID IT: "3...2...1...Happy New Year!" ... Several million revelers screamed as the clock struck midnight to welcome 2007.
IDAHO GOES TO THE GRAVE(S): Idaho forward Jeff Graves took advantage of three games in the week between Christmas and New Year's Day to give the Stampede a gift set of 21.7 points and 13.7 rebounds per game. He recorded three of his five double-doubles and led coach Bryan Gates' club in rebounding in each game. Just to tie the bow around the box, Graves has converted 26 of his last 34 FGA (.765).
DECEMBER TO REMEMBER: The Fort Worth Flyers won eight of 11 games during December. After going 0-for-November, the Idaho Stampede won seven of 10 games to climb to third in the Western Division. Sioux Falls won 8 of 12.
TAKING THE FREEBIES: Los Angeles' Brian Chase has yet to miss a free throw attempt in 25 times to toe the line this season. Dakota's James Maye has converted his last 20.

COME HOME: The Dallas Mavericks recalled guard Maurice Ager from the Fort Worth Flyers on Sunday. In five games with the Flyers, Ager averaged 25.4 minutes, 14.2 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.0 assists.
SUNDAY MOVES: Center Ha Seung-Jin, the first Korean player to ever play in the NBA, was acquired by Anaheim. The Arsenal waived F Sean Banks.
