Cyclones Announce End of Season Roster

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones of the ECHL, affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League and Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League, announced their end of season roster this afternoon. Sixteen players were eligible to be counted on the league's end of season roster.

The list consists of the following players: right wing Jean-Michel Daoust, center Jason Deitsch, center Barret Ehgoetz, right wing Sam Ftorek, defenseman Greg Gallagher, goaltender Dov Grumet-Morris, left wing Travis Lisabeth, defenseman Matt Macdonald, defenseman Nick Martens, defenseman Conrad Martin, defenseman Rory Rawlyk, left wing Scott Reynolds, forward Matt Rogers, defenseman Chad Starling, forward Avery Wilson and right wing Mike Wirll.

ECHL season ending rosters may include up to 20 players. Rosters cannot include any players who did not sign an ECHL contract in 2006-07 (i.e. players who were under contract to teams in either the National Hockey League or the American Hockey League). Each team is permitted to retain the rights to a maximum of eight players from the list by extending a qualifying offer by July 1. Of the eight qualified players, no more than four can be veterans (260 regular season professional hockey games played by the start of the 2007-08 season). Teams are not required to extend a qualifying offer to players signed to a contract prior to July 1.
