
Cusin Named NAHL's East Division Second Star of the Week

The North American Hockey League (NAHL) today announced the Divisional Stars of the Week for the week ending March 27, 2016 and the Rebels Ryan Cusin was named Second Star of the Week while Evgeny Yakovlev was named honorable mention.
Cusin's four point game on Saturday night helped propel the Rebels to a 5 - 1 victory over the Johnstown Tomahawks. Cusin had a hat trick and an assist. Cusin has 40 points on the season (14 goals and 35 assists). He is second on the team with 49 points (counting his time with the Rebels only), and he is second on the team with assists. This is the fourth time this season that Cusin has received weekly/monthly league recognition. He also played in the NAHL's Top Prospect Tournament back in February
Yakovlev scored the eventual game winner in Saturday night's win over the Tomahawks. "Gino" has 28 points on the season scoring 12 goals and having 16 assists. This is the second time he has received weekly/monthly league recognition.
