
CSR Challenge will be held this week-end

BOUCHERVILLE, Wednesday, April 20, 2005 (QMJHL) â The Québec major junior hockey league, along with Central Scouting (CSR) will be presenting the 2005 edition of the CSR Challenge this week-end in Montreal's St-Michel Arena.
Of all 120 players expected to line up at the Challenge this week end, 70 of them are from Quebec, 40 are from the Maritimes, 10 are from the United States, and all 120 of them are eligible for the next QMJHL entry draft, which will be held on June 4, in Chicoutimi. The games will begin Saturday, April 23rd. Each of the six teams will play one match on Saturday and another one on Sunday.
12 of the 18 players ranked in the first round of the April 1st CSR official list might then be seen in action. The Challenge represents another chance for those young players to prove they are ready to graduate in the QMJHL.
The 2005 CSR Challenge will be presented on Saturday and Sunday, April 23rd and 24th, in the St-Michel Arena, located at 3440 E. Jarry St. Montreal. Tickets will be on sale at the door.
