
Cosmos Team up with Buffalo Wild Wings and Corner Bakery Cafe

NEW YORK (January 14, 2015) - The New York Cosmos announced today that the team has partnered with Buffalo Wild Wings and Corner Bakery Cafe. Buffalo Wild Wings will become the Cosmos' official Buffalo Wing and official restaurant partner; while The Corner Bakery Cafe becomes the team's official exclusive caterer. As per club policy, terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"We're delighted to be joining forces with Buffalo Wild Wings and Corner Bakery Cafe," Chief Operating Officer Erik Stover said. "In Buffalo Wild Wings we're fortunate to acquire a partner who is as committed to the fan experience as we are, and Corner Bakery Café will provide quality lunch catering to the team."
Buffalo Wild Wings branding will also be present on gamedays, via a promotional booth in the stadium, as well as the club's official website.
"Buffalo Wild Wings and Corner Bakery Cafe are brands for the fans and we're excited to engage with soccer fans in New York through this sponsorship," said James Bitzonis, President, Four M Franchising, LLC . "I have very fond memories of seeing the original Cosmos with stars such as Pelé and Beckenbauer and am very excited that Raúl will be carrying the torch in 2015."
