Connor McCullough Named Southern League Pitcher of the Week

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- Minor League Baseball announced that Birmingham Barons pitcher Connor McCullough has been named the Southern League Pitcher for Week #18. Against Chattanooga at Regions Field, McCullough pitched five shutout innings, giving up only one walk with seven strikeouts.

For the month of July, McCullough had four starts in 15.0 innings with a 1-1 record and a 3.60 ERA. For the season, McCullough is 1-7 with a 4.66 ERA and a 1.38 WHIP.
