Mark your calendar for a special event on Saturday, November 20th. The Columbus Riverdragons professional basketball team tip's-off their fourth exciting season that evening at 5:00 p.m. in the Columbus Civic Center. The game will have great meaning to all of Columbus and our troops stationed at Ft. Benning as events customized for the family and the military will be in store.

Saturday the 20th of November is merely the beginning of another anticipated stellar season of nonstop entertainment and Riverdragons basketball here in Columbus (attached is the full-season schedule). The Riverdragons will also feature the following games and events:

Thursday, December 9th at 11:00 a.m. - Anticipated Field Trip Day for all of Muscogee and Harris County Schools

Sunday the 16th and Monday the 17th of January will feature six games of professional basketball and a celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s legacy as Columbus plays host to all professional basketball teams throughout the NBA's Development League

Saturday the 22nd of January will be punctuated by local musical talent and other up and coming artists throughout the Chattahoochee Valley

Saturday the 19th of February the legendary "SpongeBob SquarePants and his sidekick Patrick" visit the Riverdragons game at the Columbus Civic Center

Saturday the 26th of March will be a "Faith and Family Night" accompanied by the Riverdragons annual "National Anthem Sing-in" on the court prior to the game

Saturday the 9th of April the Riverdragons will conclude their regular season with "Fan Appreciation Night" ... a perfect ending to a perfect season

Please call or e-Mail with your request for our "Big Six Ticket Package" that includes four tickets to the aforementioned six games along with four hot dogs, four Tom's Bag of Chips, four Coca-Cola soft drinks, and four Souvenir Programs.

Lastly, our coveted 98 courtside seats are going fast. As of this morning (7/23) only 34 remain ... please ask me why they are so popular this year; you don't want to miss out.
