DENVER - The Colorado Crush have re-signed defensive back DELVIN HUGHLEY to a three-year deal, the team announced today. Per team policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

"Delvin has been an important part of our defensive success and overall team success for many years," said head coach Mike Dailey. "We are glad that he will remain a part of our organization, as we continue to work in keeping our core players together and re-sign our other free agents."

HUGHLEY (5-11, 215, Jacksonville State) will enter his fifth season with the Crush and sixth in the Arena Football League in 2008. For his career, he has recorded 319 tackles, six interceptions, 55 pass break-ups, four forced fumbles and three fumble recoveries. Hughley ranks among the top four in the Crush's all-time record books for career tackles, interceptions and pass break-ups and was the team's leading tackler during their inaugural season in 2003 with 71.5 tackles.
