
Cincinnati Commandos to Honor Police & Fire Personnel

Cincinnati, Ohio - The Cincinnati Commandos Indoor Football team is looking to honor the brave men and women serving with the area police and fire departments, by offering a special discount to the next Commandos home game. The Commandos are back at the Cincinnati Gardens for a home game with the Dayton Silverbacks this Friday, April 29 at 8:05 p.m. Any police or fire personnel can purchase tickets for their self and their family at half-price, by showing a valid ID. Tickets for this offer can only be purchased at the Cincinnati Gardens box office.
The undefeated and first-place Commandos (5-0) are coming off a 47-22 home win versus Port Huron, while Dayton comes in with momentum after a hard-fought 24-21 road win at Chicago. Cincinnati took the earlier season meeting at Dayton, with a 32-15 win on April 2. LaSalle High School graduate and Bowling Green State University product Tyler Sheehan is expected to start at quarterback for the Commandos, as he negotiates a future contract with the Canadian Football League.
Practices this week for the Commandos will take place at Game Time Training Center in Fairfield from 8:30 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday April 26 and Thursday April 28. Commandos' players and coaches will be available for media interviews 15 minutes prior to practice and immediately following. Game Time Training Center is located at 530C Quality Boulevard, Fairfield, Ohio 45014.
Single-game tickets for adults are priced at $12 and $17, with tickets for kids ages 10 and under priced at $7. All tickets (excluding Police and Fire promotion) are available at the Cincinnati Gardens Box Office, at all Ticketmaster Outlets including select Kroger stores, charge by phone at 800-745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
