
Chinn Earns Coach of the Year Honors

The Indoor Football League is proud to announce the Tucson Sugar Skulls' head coach, Hurtis Chinn as the Head Coach of the Year.
Chinn led Tucson to a 9-7 record in his first year as head coach of the franchise. The record was good enough to earn them the No. 3 seed in the West in the IFL playoffs.
Tucson boasted the second overall rushing offense in the league as they averaged 99.2 yards a game and scored 57 touchdowns on the ground. The Sugar Skulls also produced two players on the All-IFL teams with Carrington Thomas earning First Team honors and Maurice Jackson earning Second Team honors.
