Chill Hope to End 2015, Start 2016 on Positive Note
December 29, 2015 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Coulee Region Chill News Release
After what seemed to be a long week off with all the players enjoying their time back home for the holidays, they're back in the building preparing for what they hope to be a successful end to 2015 and start to 2016.
The Chill travel to Austin, MN to take on the Austin Bruins this Thursday on New Years Eve. It will certainly be a solid test for the Chill going up against the Central-Division leading Bruins but it's not a feat they'll step down from. On November 6th the Chill went into Austin and handed the Bruins a 6-2 loss. They'll be looking to do the same Thursday night when the puck drops at 7:05pm
A win on Thursday evening would provide a great feeling to the players as they prepare for their first game in 2016 against the 16-8 Janesville Jets. The game will be played away from the Green Island Ice Arena in Janesville, WI. Puck drops at 7pm
The Chill return home the following weekend on January 8th and 9th as they will go head-to-head in a weekend series against the Springfield Jr. Blues. You can guarantee your seat early by heading over to the tickets page and pre-purchasing tickets for that weekend!
