Chattanooga Locomotion Final Open Tryout this Sunday

Chattanooga Locomotion News Release


The Chattanooga Locomotion Women's Football Team owned and operated by Pro Player Sports will be holding the final open tryout for the 2005 season this Sunday October 24th at 2:00 PM at Central High School. All women interested in playing full-contact football are encouraged to attend. You must be at least 18 years old or older. Participants should wear comfortable clothes, gym shoes and bring cleats if you have them. There is a one time registration fee of $35.00. Anyone interested in playing or in learning more about our team should attend.

The Locomotion were recently featured on Turner South in an episode of Liars and Legends and will be starting its fifth season in the National Women's Football Association and have won the Southern Division Title for the past two years with two undefeated regular seasons. The NWFA is the largest full-contact women's football league in the world with more than 40 teams nationwide.

Registration for tryouts on October 24th will begin at 1:00 PM. Participants are asked to please arrive between 1:00 and 1:45 PM and tryouts will begin promplty at 2:00. Central High School is located at 5728 Highway 58 in Harrison.
