The Charlotte Sting announced today the launch of the Charlotte Sting Kids Club, the newest way for their youngest fans to get closer to the team than ever before.

With their membership, kids receive free admission to every Sting game this season, (excluding camp days) with a paying adult. Kids will also receive a welcome letter, membership card and an exclusive Kids Club t-shirt. The Kids Club is open to boys and girls ages 14 and under.

"Charlotte Sting basketball is the perfect event for families," said Bobcats Sports and Entertainment President and CEO Ed Tapscott. "The Charlotte Sting Kids Club makes it even easier for kids and parents to come to Charlotte Bobcats Arena and cheer on the Sting this summer."

The membership fee for the Sting Kids Club is $10. For more information or to purchase memberships please call 704-688-8300 or visit CharlotteSting.com/kidsclub.

In addition, the Kids Club offers rewards for attendance at Sting home games. For every game a child attends, they will receive a stamp on their membership card. Children who collect five, 10 and 15 stamps will receive exclusive Sting prize packages.

Kids Club members will also have the opportunity to be selected to participate in exclusive interactive activities including the pregame ball exchange, autograph sessions and shooting on the Sting floor.

A dedicated section for Kids Club members, including games and information on the team, will be launched on CharlotteSting.com and all Sting games will feature interactive games and festivities designed for kids on the concourse.

The Charlotte Sting's 10th anniversary season begins on May 20 at Charlotte Bobcats Arena as they host the Chicago Sky at 6 p.m. Season tickets are available for as low as $99 and are on sale now.
