
Charlie Dennis Helps Extend Unbeaten Streak

Charlie Dennis collected his first hat trick as a professional to help FC Tucson pick a valuable point on the road. Dennis' three goals delivered a hard fought 3-3 draw with Greenville Triumph SC Sunday night at Legacy Early College in Greenville, South Carolina.
The draw extended FC Tucson's unbeaten streak to six matches. The club remains fourth in the USL League One, one point back of defending champion Greenville.
Dennis opened the scoring in the sixth minute when he buried a pass from defender Noah Franke in the back of the net.
After letting up a penalty kick and another Greenville goal, FC Tucson leveled the field with Dennis' second goal.
Maximiliano Schenfeld was fouled in Greenville's box.
Dennis easily converted, sending the ball straight down the middle.
FC Tucson took the lead in the 61st minute of the second half by another Dennis goal.
Dennis headed a corner kick from Joao Delgado into the bottom right corner after a corner kick.
Greenville equalized late in the 78th minute.
FC Tucson (8-8-6) continue its playoff push on the road again next weekend at it heads to Nebraska for a matchup with Union Omaha (10-2-8).
