Philadelphia Soul quarterback MATT D'ORAZIO on Soul fans: "We've had so much support from the fans this season. They're the best fans in the League. It would mean nothing more to us as players and as an organization than to award them with a championship."

Al Lucas Hero Award
The recipient of the 2008 Al Lucas Hero Award will be announced today. The award was created in honor of Al Lucas, the late Los Angeles Avengers lineman, who believed in both giving back to his community and growing the AFL.
Officials Release
Officiating crew members for Virgin Mobile ArenaBowl XXII will be announced later today.
Champs Sports Quarterback of the Year
Philadelphia Soul quarterback MATT D'ORAZIO was named the 2008 Champs Sports Quarterback of the Year yesterday. D'Orazio led the AFL in passer rating (131.3) and was the only quarterback to throw for more than 70 touchdowns with fewer than five interceptions.
