Capitols Sign 6 players for the 2004 Season

Lincoln, NE- The Lincoln Capitols of the National Indoor Football League today are pleased to announce the signing of 6 veteran players that will report for training camp on March 1. Six players from the 2003 season have resigned with the Capitols. The players include cornerback from Notre Dame Ty Goode, Defensive linemen Kareem Sears from Nebraska, Steve Luedtke from Wayne State College, Offensive Lineman Chris Dunkle from Eastern Illinois, League's leading tackler, safety Travis Kopf from Doane College and also Mike Dixon who seen limited action at wide receiver last year. The Capitols will open their season against Black Hills RedDogs on March 14th.
Season tickets for 2004 regular season home games are currently on sale please call (402) 477-8888. All home games will be played at Pershing Center, the home of the Lincoln Capitols. "Were every fan counts"
