Canadian Terry Thomas Re-Signs with Lightning

(LONDON, ON) - The London Lightning are excited to announce that we have re-signed Canadian wing, Terry Thomas for the 2022 National Basketball League of Canada season.
Hailing from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, the 6'4 Thomas played collegiately for both St. Francis Xavier and the University of Ottawa, two of Canada's top USports programs. Over his career, Thomas has being one of the NBLC's top Canadians and USports alumni.
His first stint with the Lightning only lasted two games before an ACL injury sidelined him for the remainder of the shortened 2019-20 season. Since rehabbing from injury, Thomas has made stops in Guelph, Finland, Venezuela, and Chile.
Thomas is heading into his 6th National Basketball League of Canada season and has had a decorated career both here at home, and overseas. His ever growing trophy case includes the 1x NBLC Canadian Player of the Year, 1x Venezuelan League Finals MVP and Champion, 1x First Team All-NBL Canada, 1x First Team All-NBLC Defense, and Williams Jones Cup Gold Medalist.
