After 2 seasons with the Saint John Riptide, averaging 11.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game, Mordi took it to the next level once joining the Moncton Magic. Mordi would secure his first All-NBLC First Team selection and win the Most Improved Player Award with season averages of 16 points, 7.1 rebounds, and 5.9 assists, all while playing nearly 2 fewer minutes per game than his prior seasons. Mordi helped the Moncton Magic to it's league best 19-4 record, prior to the 2020 Season shutdown.
