Campbellsville's Deason Joins Sox

MARYSVILLE, CALIFORNIA: The Yuba-Sutter Gold Sox are proud to announce that Tyler Deason has been added to the 2018 roster. "I'm excited to add Tyler to our roster. I've heard great things about him from Coach Neffendorf and I'm excited to see how he performs this summer," said VP/GM Michael Mink.
Deason is joining the team as a right handed pitcher and infielder from Campbellsville University in Kentucky. He attended St. Francis High School in Sacramento, CA where he played both baseball and football. He was a part of the 2015 Central Coast Section (CCS) Championship Team. At Mission College, he was named the All-NorCal Utility Player of the Year in 2016.
He is currently studying Criminal Justice at Campbellsville and has been playing baseball since he was six years old. "Let's make this summer one to remember," says Deason.
