
Campbell wins overall and defensive awards

Rochester Knighthawks goaltender Pat Campbell earned his first ever weekly awards in Week #12 for his performance in the Knighthawks 12-11 overtime victory over the Buffalo Bandits. Campbell, who is in his eighth pro season, earned the Overall and Defensive Player of the Week for Week #12. In just his third appearance in net this season, Campbell came off the bench with an 8-2 deficit and rallied the Knighthawks to a 12-11 overtime victory over the Buffalo Bandits. Campbell recorded 32 saves and allowed only three goals in 37:43 of play to lead the Knighthawks come from behind victory. Campbell also recorded an assist in the win.
Aaron Wilson of the Toronto Rock was named the Offensive Player of the Week for his performance in an 18-10 win over the Arizona Sting. Wilson scored four goals and added three assists for seven points and collected four loose balls in the home victory over Arizona.
Dan Finck of the Philadelphia Wings earned his second Rookie of the Week honors for a three goal performance in a 15-12 home win over the Colorado Mammoth in Week #12. Finck, also a Week #10 recipient of the award scored three goals and collected four loose balls in the home win over the Mammoth.

Pat Campbell (Rochester) â (32 saves, 3GA, 37:43 of play, 1A) recorded 32 saves to lead Rochester back from an 8-2 deficit on the way to a 12-11 win in overtime. Campbell allowed three goals and tallied an assist in 37:43 of play and was credited with the win in a 12-11 overtime home win over Buffalo.
