They are: George Brett, Jose Cruz Jr., Don Drysdale, Ken Griffey Jr., Rickey Henderson, Reggie Jackson, Sam Lynn, Pedro Martinez, Xavier Nady, Vada Pinson, Gary Sheffield, Bob Talbot, Fernando Valenzuela, and Omar Vizquel.

Starting today, March 7, fans can vote for the 15th member of this first and special class. The vote, presented by the California Beef Council, will take place on the Cal League's website (www.californialeague.com) or at the direct link: https://secure.milb.com/events/form.jsp?formid=hof_vote&formcode=form&sid=l110 . Voting will end on Monday, March 28.

There are ten players to vote for and fans can vote as many times as they like. During the voting period, one fan will also win a trip for two to the All-Star Game and Hall of Fame Ceremony in Lake Elsinore courtesy of the California Beef Council. Details on how to win the trip are below. Other fans may win team prizes.

The ten players to vote for are: Don Baylor, Bruce Bochy, Darin Erstad, Paul Konerko, Derrek Lee, Joe Morgan, Bill Mueller, Mike Piazza, Kirby Puckett, or Brandon Webb.

"We wanted to get the fans involved in the Hall of Fame," Cal League President, Charlie Blaney, said. "Without the fans, we wouldn't be here, so letting them decide the 15th member of this historic first class is very important."

The main Hall of Fame celebration will take place in Lake Elsinore on June 21 before the All-Star Game between the California League and Carolina League.
