Bulls Hockey for Charity Weekend

The fourth annual Bulls Hockey for Charity Weekend will be held on Friday, September 24th and Saturday, September 25th. The festivities will kick-off on Friday morning the 24th with a Bulls Celebrity Golf Tournament to be played at a location which will be announced shortly. Then, on Saturday, September 25th at 5:00PM, get ready to rumble one more time as former members of the Birmingham Bulls pull on their historic black & red Bulls jerseys and take to the ice at the Pelham Civic Complex located next to the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre in Pelham, Alabama.

The Bulls Hockey for Charity Game is played to raise money for local charities. This year's beneficiaries will be Magic Moments and the Cystic Fibrosis Association. A portion of the proceeds will also go towards establishing a sports scholarship program for the Foster Children of Shelby County. This fund is being established to help pay the sports fees for these children on a year-round basis to play any sport of their choice. As a part of the evening's festivities, a Bulls jersey auction will take place following the game.

Bulls players and coaches who have been invited include former fan favorites Jerome "Stay Out of My Yard" Bechard, Everett Caldwell, Greg Dreveny, Tyler Johnston, Kory Mullin, Jamey Hicks, Craig Lutes, Ian Hebert, Kevin Popp, Ken Tasker, Lance Brady, Jim Larkin, Chuck Thuss, and Mike Zruna.
