Buffalo Stampede To Play The Puerto Rico Capitanes

Buffalo, NY - The Puerto Rico Capitanes will play the Buffalo Stampede on Friday, March 12th at the Canisius College Koessler Athletic Center, 1833 Main St. Buffalo, NY 14208, at 7:30 pm. This will be the only appearance of the Puerto Rico team in Buffalo for this season.
The Capitanes are led by Puerto Rico National Players Angelo Reyes, Raul Rivera, Jose Rosario, Omar Alvarado, and David Cortes. Also on the Capitanes' roster is Elias Ayuso, who attended USC and is one of the top players in the PBL (Premier Basketball League). The Capitanes have a record of 11- 1 and are in first place in the PBL.
In their second season in the PBL, the Buffalo Stampede are much improved over last year. Andy Robinson, a University at Buffalo graduate, is leading the team in scoring. Other local players on the roster include Corey Herring, Kevin Ross, Charles Walker, Marcus Hall, and Mark Price.
