Brown Bears Earn Split in Minot

The Brown Bears dropped the first game in Minot 2-1. The lone goal came from Quinton Wunder (Kresl, Rudin). The Brown Bears kept heavy pressure on the Minot Goaltender, but couldn't get a second one by. The Bear's finished with 31 shots on goal. Evan Hauser had 30 saves in the loss.

The Brown Bears rebounded on Saturday with a strong defensive performance. Through two periods the score remained scoreless. The Brown Bears out shot Minot 29- 27 through two. In the final frame a late Short Handed goal from Joey Kaszupski proved to be the winner. Maurin Bouvet (Gessert) added the empty netter. Alec Derks made 37 saves in the Shutout victory.
