
Bray Ketchum Re-Signs with New York Riveters

New York, NY - Â Bray Ketchum has signed a contract with the New York Riveters for the 2016-17 season, General Manager Chad Wiseman announced Thursday. Ketchum and the Pride agreed to terms on a one-year, $15,000 contract.
Ketchum played in all 18 regular season games for New York, tying for first in team scoring with 14 points, and leading the team in goals with 10. She also played in both playoff games for the Riveters.
"The inaugural season of the NWHL was above and beyond what I expected, and I am honored to be a part of the Riveters for a second season," said Ketchum. "We had a great group of girls and we were so lucky to have the incredible support of our fans. I look forward to an even more successful season this year."
The Riveters finished fourth in the regular season standings with a 4-12-2 record. In the first round of the Isobel Cup playoffs, New York was defeated by the Boston Pride in two games.
Restricted free agency began April 1 and lasts until April 30. Free agency begins May 1 and lasts until July 31. The 2016 NWHL Draft is June 18.
