Brambila, 25, is a Woodland, CA native and spent his collegiate career at California State University, Stanislaus. The 2009-10 season is his second straight as a pro with the Cougars. He was limited to just three league games and four total during his debut PASL-Pro season because of a right foot injury. Brambila broke his right foot, but managed to score two goals and add an assist during a December 13 match versus Edmonton at Stockton Arena last year. He scored three points last season, all three happened during his final match versus Edmonton.
Brambila also played for the PASL-Premier League Mexican All-Star team in February 2007 and the "Stars of Mexico" team that faced the Cougars at Stockton Arena in September 2007. He spent the two seasons with the Stockton Pumas and Turlock Express before his promotion to the Cougars last year.
Malawian-born Muluzi, 29, appeared in 10 overall and eight league games last year for the PASL champion Cougars. He finished the PASL-Pro season with two goals and an assist for three total points. Muluzi is a member of California's midfield, and (like Brambila) is a product of the Cougars' minor league system. He played for both the Stockton Pumas and Turlock Express before his original promotion in 2008. He was added to the Cougars roster at the tail end of the 2007-08 season, but did not see playing time.
The Cougars added Bueno to their championship roster in February and he appeared in two games before the PASL-Pro championship tournament. He logged extensive minutes in the postseason, helping his new team win its first league championship. Bueno, 24, played three seasons at DeAnza College between 2003-05. He also played one season as a stopper for San Jose State in 2005. Bueno graduated from San Jose's Abraham Lincoln High School in 2003. He spent six seasons with Off the Wall Soccer Santa Clara before joining the Cougars. Bueno was first noticed by the Cougars after playing for Santa Clara at Stockton Arena on December 20.
