
Bradenton Juices Up For Spring Training

BRADENTON, FL- May 4, 2007- The time is finally here! The Bradenton Juice Independent baseball team and South Cost League affiliate will start spring training on Monday, May 7th at G.T. Bray Park.
Team workouts will go from 12p.m. to 4 p.m. May 7th - 12th and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, May 13th. Team workouts will resume on May 15th from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at G.T. Bray Park and go until the 16th.
The Juice will play two spring training games down in Port Charlotte on the 12th and the 14th at 7:05 p.m. against the Charlotte County Redfish.
"I am honored to manage the first inaugural season of the Bradenton Juice," said manager James Frisbie, "I have great expectations for this season. We have a young and competitive team that is strong in pitching and defense." Frisbie invited 28 players to spring training and will start the season with a team of 23.
The Juice will play their first game of the season on the road in Macon, GA on Thursday, May 17th and will play their home opener on Friday, May 25 at 7:05 p.m. at Manatee Community College. Tickets are available through the Bradenton Juice's main office at 941-761-4663.
