BOSTON, MA - Tuesday, January 5, 2010 - The Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse (MLL), the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, today announced their 2010 season schedule. The 12-game schedule features six games at their home venue of Harvard Stadium, along with six games on the road. The 2010 MLL Season marks the 10th Anniversary Season for Major League Lacrosse and the Boston Cannons.
2009 MLL Bud Light MVP Paul Rabil and the Cannons will open the season at Harvard Stadium on May 15 when they square off with the Denver Outlaws. The Cannons' 2009 season came to end with a 11-10 defeat to the Outlaws in the MLL Playoff Semi-finals. The one goal loss was a continued trend from the regular season as all 6 regular season losses were each by only one goal.
Harvard Stadium will also be the site of the 2010 MLL All-Star Game on Thursday, July 8. The MLL All-Stars will take on the United States National Team, as they prepare for the 2010 MIL World Lacrosse Championships in Manchester, England.

"Denver has been one of the top teams in the league the past few years so we will be able to see from the start where we stand up to the rest of the league."
The Cannons six home games will be played at Harvard Stadium on May 15, May 22, June 12, June 26, July 24 and August 7.
