Tulsa Oilers News Release
The Tulsa Oilers have won a playoff series for the first time since 1994, and now face the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs in the Berry Conference semi-finals. All playoff games can be accessed via the internet at www.tulsaoilers.com and CHL TV.
Schedule: Game one: Friday April 15 at Bossier-Shreveport 7:05 p.m.
Game two: Saturday April 16 at Bossier-Shreveport 7:05 p.m.
Game three: Tuesday April 19 at Tulsa 7:05 p.m.
Game four: Friday April 22 at Tulsa 7:35 p.m.*
Game five: Saturday April 23 at Bossier-Shreveport 7:05 p.m.*
*if necessary all times Central
Another First: This will be the first time the Oilers and Bossier-Shreveport have met in a playoff series.
Recap: The Oilers advanced to the Berry Conference semi-final with a 3-2 series win over the Mississippi RiverKings. Tulsa trailed the series 2-0 and rallied for three straight wins. Bossier-Shreveport defeated Arizona 3-1.
Season Series: Bossier-Shreveport took two out of three games from the Oilers in the regular season winning 6-4 at Bossier-Shreveport on October 19 and 6-2 at Tulsa on November 26. The Oilers won 7-3 in Tulsa on January 15th.
