BOUCHERVILLE, Monday - Callum Booth, Alexis Gravel and Vincent Lanoue were named today the three stars of the week for November 28 to December 4, 2016.

Callum Booth, Quebec Remparts goaltender, is the first star of the week. He won both games he started allowing only one goal in each game and stopped 61 of 63 shots he face for a save percentage of 0.968. On Wednesday, against the Halifax Mooseheads and the top 2-point getters in the League (Fortier and Hischier), he was named the first star stopping 35 shots in a 2-1 victory, losing the shutout in the last minute of play. In 2016-17, Booth is among the top 3 goaltenders in goals against average (2.54), save percentage (0.925) and the number of victories (12).

The second star is awarded to another goaltender, Alexis Gravel of the Halifax Mooseheads. In 3 road games, the 16 year old helped his team accumulate 3 of a possible 6 points. He posted a goals against average of 0.88 and a save percentage of 0.962. He became the first rookie goaltender to get 10 wins this season on Friday in a 4-1 win against the Chicoutimi Saguenéens. The 2018 NHL draft eligible goaltender has a goals against average of 2.77 and a save pourcentage of 0.912.

The Victoriaville Tigres' defenseman, Vincent Lanoue is the third star of the week. He accumulated 6 assists and finished the week with a +6 rating while only being on the ice for one of the opponent's even strength goal. In a 5-2 win over the Sherbrooke Phoenix on Sunday, he tallied 2 assists for a third game in a row and was named the third star of the game. He is second in the League for +/- with a +23.
