Bolts Pick Up Redemption Win

(LONDON, ON) - Despite a back and forth affair with the Sudbury Five, London earned the 122-113 victory Wednesday night. The win comes on the heels of a loss in Sudbury last Saturday. London is also able to create some breathing room in the standings as they improve to 15- 8 while the Five drop to 12-10 on the season to remain in first in the central division.

After a slow start to the first quarter, London would battle back behind Cameron Forte and take a 35-30 lead at the first quarter break before enjoying a 67-56 lead at halftime. Sudbury stormed back in the mid way through the third and took a quick one point lead before London would answer with a run to go up 12 points. London finished the game outscoring the Five 31-29 in the final frame.

Four players scored in double digits for the Bolts led by Cameron Forte's 41 points and 9 rebounds.

Xavier Moon had another spectacular game scoring 29 points, 10 points and dishing 7 assists. Rounding out the scoring for the Bolts was AJ Gaines' 16 points and Marcus Capers' double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds.
