
Blaze To Hold Player Combine On October 19

SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah Blaze will be holding a player combine at the Spence Eccles Field House on Friday, October 19, 2007. The combine is open to players not currently enrolled in college or who have already exhausted their eligibility.
All players will be tested in the 40-yard dash, standing long jump, 20-yard short shuttle and bench press (225 lbs.). In addition, participants may be asked to participate in position-specific drills and one-on-ones. No kickers will be looked at during the combine.
Interested participants are encouraged to pre-register on the team's official website, www.utahblaze.com, at a cost of $50 or walk-up registration will be $75 (cash or money order only). Registration will begin at 8 a.m. with testing starting promptly at 9 a.m. The combine will last until approximately 3 p.m. Further questions can be directed to Scott Lieber at (801) 633-7184 or scottl@utahblaze.com.
