ATLANTA, GA - The Atlanta Blaze (4-4) travel to Veterans Memorial Stadium for a July 20th matchup against the Boston Cannons (5-2). Atlanta will be looking for vengeance after suffering a heartbreaker at the hands of rookie goalie Tate Boyce in a 17-16 loss just a week before.

GAME NOTES
The Blaze had two intense 60-minute matchups against the Cannons and Outlaws, suffering one-goal losses in both games. In the loss to Boston, All-Star faceoff specialist Alex Woodall won 19 of 33 faceoffs, while fellow Rookie All-Star Brendan Sunday led all players with seven points (4 goals, 3 assists). Sunday was selected as Week 7 MLL Offensive Player of the Week for his performance. The Cannon's 17 total goals were led by Mark Cockerton (4 goals), Connor O'Hara (3 goals), and Challen Rogers (3 goals). This matchup will be the last game for Atlanta before the All-Star game in Annapolis. The Blaze will look to move to 5-4 before returning to Grady Stadium to take on the Dallas Rattlers (0-7). Alex Woodall, who has 69 ground balls on the season, needs just 10 more ground balls to set the Blaze single-season record.
