Blaze go over the top to grant Draper boy's wish

Six-year-old Ryker is a huge football fan, so it was no surprise when he declared his wish was to meet Utah's own arena football team, the Utah Blaze. This is the first wish the Utah Blaze have granted and they've pulled out all the stops to make the day an unforgettable experience for Ryker and his family.

Utah Blaze players, HANS OLSEN, AARON BOONE, JESSE BOONE, GARRETT SMITH and LEWIS POWELL, will arrive in the Blazemobile at the Cinemark 24 Jordan Landing theaters and treat Ryker, and his family and friends to a private showing of "Flushed Away". Next, the players and Ryker will stop for lunch at Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill in Sandy, followed by a tour and gift presentation at Harley-Davidson of Salt Lake. The fun continues with a fabulous shopping spree courtesy of Sam's Club of Salt Lake. The day will culminate with a star raising party at A Wishing Place.

Ryker, who is battling an aggressive brain tumor, has been invited by head coach Danny White and the Blaze to participate in the opening coin toss, present the official game ball and be an equipment manager at the Blaze's first home game on March 3, 2007.
