
Bighorns to Host Summer Basketball Camp

Reno, Nev. - The Reno Bighorns will hold a summer basketball camp from Monday, July 22 to Thursday, July 25, the team announced today. Bighorns broadcaster and former Nevada star Eathan O'Bryant will run the camp. "Eathan is perfect for developing our future Reno Bighorns players," said Bighorns owner, Herb Santos, Jr. "The camp will focus on teaching the fundamentals of basketball, including shooting, dribbling, passing, ball handling, rebounding and defense."
The camp will be held at the South Reno Athletic Club, located at 9393 Gateway Drive and will run from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. each day. It is open to kids, ages 6-16.
The cost to attend is $100 per camper and includes two tickets to Opening Night of the Bighorns 2013-14 season, a Bighorns t-shirt and a certificate of participation. Awards will be given out for the camp MVP, best sportsmanship and the most improved camper.
Campers should bring snacks, a water bottle and basketball attire.
