BayHawks Set Free Agent Tryout Date

ERIE - The NBA Development League Erie BayHawks have set local, free agent tryouts for September 19 - 20, at the Family First Sports Park, 8155 Oliver Road.
Players interested in participating in the free agent tryout can get all of the necessary registration forms by visiting the BayHawks office at 110 East 8th Street or online at ErieBayhawks.com. A registration fee of $150, in the form of a money order or cashier's check payable to the Erie BayHawks must accompany the completed forms received by September 15. For all registrations received after September 15 and at the first day of tryouts the fee will be $175.
"We had a good turnout for tryouts last season and had good luck finding players who were ready to play at this level," said BayHawks head coach John Treloar. "Ivan (Harris) and Jarvis (Gunter) came out of our Erie tryouts to make the team, so we know the talent is out there."
Space for the tryouts is limited, interested participants should register early to guarantee their place. Hopefuls should arrive prepared to participate in team drills, individual skills work and scrimmages. BayHawks coaches and Cleveland Cavaliers staffers will be on hand for player evaluations.
