
BayBears Celebrate Independence Weekend in Upcoming Homestand

MOBILE, Ala. - Always a special part of the summer, the next homestand at Hank Aaron Stadium will celebrate our nation's independence. The BayBears will face the Montgomery Biscuits beginning Monday, June 28 and finishing the homestand Saturday, July 3 with a bang.
On Monday night, the BayBears kick off the homestand at 7:05 on a Guaranteed Win Night. If the BayBears lose, then fans in attendance will receive a free ticket of equal or lesser value to the next Monday home game.
Tuesday's contest will be mark the season's final day game as the BayBears battle the Biscuits under the bright sunshine at 12:05.
Wednesday night will feature the club's first High School Night. High school students can get get a box seat plus a free hot dog and Pepsi for just $5 with a school ID. It's also Wine Down Wednesday with $1 Yellow Tail White & Red Wine available from 6 to 8 p.m.
Thirsty Thursday always elicits fun at the ballpark with $1 Buds and Pepsi from 6 to 8 p.m., but on July 1, Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints safety Roman Harper will stop by the Hank! Hurry to the ballpark on Thursday to meet and greet with a recent Super Bowl Champion.
Friday, July 2 and Saturday, July 3 the BayBears will be giving fans a special Independence Weekend fireworks show as well as a couple of big giveaways.
During the eighth inning of Friday's game with the Biscuits, the BayBears will be giving one lucky fan a pair of weekend passes to the October races at Talladega Superspeedway. To get in your final registrations, visit Carnival Cruise Guest Services located beside the Baseball City Gift Shop inside of Hank Aaron Stadium. Following the game with the Biscuits, the BayBears will give fans a Patriotic "Concert in the Sky" with an Independence Weekend fireworks show.
The BayBears will follow Friday's big night up with an even bigger one on Saturday.
The first 1,000 kids 12-and-under through the gates will receive a free BayBears baseball bat, courtesy of Buffalo Rock Pepsi and Fox 10. It will also be a Kids Eat Free night with children 12-and-under receiving a free Hot Dog and Pepsi voucher to go with a purchased box seat. Following the game, the BayBears will once again treat fans with a Patriotic "Concert in the Sky" to wrap up the homestand and the Independence Weekend celebration.
