
Bandits Sign McKenzie to One-Year Deal

BUFFALO, N.Y. - The Buffalo Bandits today announced the team has signed defenseman Carter McKenzie to a one-year contract, pending league approval.
McKenzie (6'4", 210 lbs., 1/5/2000) finished his first season with the Bandits with four points (1+3) and 27 loose-ball recoveries in 12 games. The defenseman tied his previous career high in goals (1) and set new career highs in games played (12), assists (3), points (4) and loose-ball recoveries (27) in his second NLL season.
McKenzie spent his rookie season in 2021-22 with the Calgary Roughnecks and recorded one goal and seven loose-ball recoveries in six games. A native of Fergus, Ontario, McKenzie was selected by Calgary in the third round (38th overall) of the 2021 NLL Entry Draft.
