Criswell will enter his 22nd season of coaching football.

After three years with the Speed, Criswell held a similar job with the af2's Cape Fear Wildcats.
During his indoor career, teams in which he has been associated with have compiled a regular season record of 44-20 (.668 winning percentage) and qualified for the playoffs three times, posting a record of 3-2 (.600 winning percentage).
Born December 9, 1955 in Richmond, Criswell attended Henrico High School. He earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Bryan College in Dayton, TN. He is a co-founder and vice president of The Edgewood Company of Virginia, Inc., located in Mechanicsville.
