Baltimore Burn Names Team Podiatrist

Glen Burnie, MD - The Baltimore Burn has selected Dr. Jeffrey Bober as its "Official Team Podiatrist" for the 2003 season. Dr. Bober will provide players with diagnosis and treatment of various, football-related toe, foot and ankle injuries, as well as fit players with sports orthotics.

"Working with the Burn has made me appreciate how dedication and the love of a sport can drive anyone to go to whatever lengths necessary in pursuit of that love. An athlete is an athlete regardless of their gender. The Burn collectively represents that passion." said Dr. Bober.

The Baltimore Burn is a women's full contact football team of the National Women's Football Association (NWFA). After an inaugural, no-win season in 2001, the Burn became the 2002 Mid-Atlantic Division Champions with a 7-1 record.
