Baltimore Burn Continue to Hold Tryouts for the 2005 NWFA Season

Glen Burnie, MD -The Baltimore Burn of the National Women's Football Association (NWFA), announced today that they will conduct the second of four pubic player tryouts for their 2005 season. This tryout will be held at the Merritt Point Park football field, in Dundalk, on Sundday, August 22nd, 2004. Registration starts at 11:00 AM and tryouts at start promptly at noon.

Participants will go through a series of drills, including a timed 40-yard dash, shuttle drill and other football-related activities. All women trying out must be at least 18 years old, provide a copy of a photo ID and a copy of their health insurance card. The non-refundable tryout cost is $35.

Any person wishing to volunteer his or her services in any capacity for the 2005 NWFA season are also encouraged to attend.
