Baltimore Burn Announces 2004 Schedule

Glen Burnie, MD - The Baltimore Burn of the National Women's Football Association (NWFA), announced their 2004 season schedule today.

The Burn will open up the 2004 season on the road. On April 3rd, 2004, the Burn will travel to face the Pittsburgh Passion and then, after a bye on April 10th, the Burn will host their first home game versus the archrival DC Divas. After facing the Divas, the Burn will go back on the road to play the Erie Illusion on April 24th. The first day of May will bring the black and gold of the Passion to Baltimore, in what is quickly becoming a heated rivalry. Following a May 8th bye, the Burn has back-to-back home games. The Erie Illusion will travel to Charm City on May 15th and the expansion Roanoke Revenge comes to Baltimore for the first time on May 22nd. The Burn will finish up the regular season on the road by traveling to Roanoke on May 29th, their final bye week on June 5th, and the final showdown with the DC Divas in DC on June 12th.

The location of all Baltimore Burn home games will be announced at a later date.
