
B2 Networks to Broadcast Selected NAHL Midget Showcase Games

FRISCO, TX - The North American Hockey League (NAHL) and B2 Networks announced today that selected games at next week's NAHL Midget Showcase Series will be broadcast over the Internet via B2 Networks. Next week's Showcase, which is the second tournament of the three-leg NAHL Midget Showcase Series, will be held Dec. 13-16 at The Summit Center in Chesterfield, Missouri, home of the St. Louis Bandits. The U18 division?s 13th- and 14th-seed game (9 a.m. CST), 9th- and 10th-seed game (11 a.m.) and championship game (1 p.m.), which will all be played on Sunday, December 16, will be broadcast via B2 Networks revolutionary broadband broadcasting network.
"Having these games broadcast over the Internet is a tremendous opportunity for family and friends who can't make it to St. Louis to watch and hear everything as it happens," said NAHL commissioner Mark Frankenfeld.
Family, friends and fans wanting to watch the event via B2 Networks will need a high-speed Internet connection and a current version of Microsoft Windows Media Player. The three games can be viewed for $6 (US) each and will be available for viewing through the official web site of the NAHL Midget Showcase Series http://www.nahlmidgetshowcase.com as well as http://www.b2tv.com.
