B-Sens Sign Three to AHL Contracts

BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Binghamton Senators, American Hockey League affiliate of the National Hockey League's Ottawa Senators, announced today that the club has signed defenseman Chris Carlisle, forward Kyle Flanagan, and goaltender Scott Greenham to AHL contracts.

Flanagan, 27, signed a two-year AHL contract after appearing in 44 games for the B-Sens registering 20 points (6 goals, 14 assists) and 16 penalty minutes. A native of Canton, N.Y., Flanagan played four seasons at St. Lawrence University scoring 46 goals and 101 assists in 147 games played. Prior to college, the 5-foot-9, 180-pound forward put up 93 points in two seasons with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders of the United States Hockey League.

A native of Addison, Ont., Greenham inked a one-year AHL contract after playing six games with Binghamton last season averaging 2.19 goals-against and a .928 save percentage. Greenham also appeared in 23 games with the ECHL's Evansville Icemen and picked up 11 wins along with a 2.78 goals-against average and a .920 save percentage. Prior to his professional career, Greenham played four seasons of NCAA Men's Ice Hockey with University of Alaska-Fairbanks and finished with a 1.98 goals-against average and .924 save percentage.

Carlisle, the 2015-16 B-Sens' Rookie of the Year, signed a one-year AHL contract after his first season with the Binghamton Senators. A Fort Lee, N.J., native, Carlisle recorded 12 points in 65 games played from the blue line. Before his professional career kicked off last year, the 21-year-old defenseman played four seasons with the Ontario Hockey League's Oshawa Generals, picking up 90 points (16 goals, 73 assists) and 193 penalty minutes.
