Aurora Force Announces First Scrimmage Game

September 16, 2008 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Aurora Force News Release

Aurora, IL. The new ABA Aurora Force that begins play in December has announced that the team will play its first home scrimmage game against the new ABA South Chicago Ballstars on Saturday, September 27th at the Prisco Center, 150 W. Illinois Avenue in Aurora. "We've begun to put together a pretty formidable group of players," stated team owner and former NBA player Kenny Battle. "And Coach Hicks has done the same thing in South Chicago. This should be an excellent test to see where be both are. One thing's for sure, there is a lot of talent in the Chicago area and we are both getting some top players."

The Aurora Force will call Prisco Center their home court for this season and will play most of their games on Saturday nights and Sunday evenings. The schedule will be posted shortly. For more information, email Kenny Battle at krbattle33@yahoo.com or visit www.abalive.com.
