Atlanta Xplosion News Release
IWFL and Xplosion history was set on Saturday as all-world running back Charmaine Chin eclipsed the 1,000 yard rushing mark on the season. Chin- needing 93 yards entering the game to reach the milestone- put in work early as she surpassed the goal midway through the second period. An official's timeout recognized the rare feat, as her loyal fans and teammates provided a standing ovation. The humble Georgia Tech alum thanked her offensive line first, then saluted the home stands and her teammates. After jogging to the sideline with the game ball, Chin greeted the owner and her offensive coordinator, before promptly returning to the field for the next play.

Head Coach M.G. Dawson on the game: "Charmaine's accomplishment is tremendous, yet she'll be the first one to tell you that this is a team achievement. Her offensive line, tight ends, fullbacks, wide receivers, and even Sue (quarterback) block their tails off week-in and week-out... The entire Bombsquad earned this one."
