
Atlanta Blaze Fall in Overtime to the Dallas Rattlers

DALLAS - Ryan McNamara scored the game-winning goal 5:30 into overtime, clinching a 15-14 overtime win for the Dallas Rattlers over the Atlanta Blaze on Saturday night at Ford Center at The Star.
McNamara's game-winning goal was the first time the Rattlers led in the game.
The Blaze took control from the start with Tommy Palesek scoring four out of the five Atlanta goals in the first quarter.
Trailing 12-8 entering the fourth quarter, the Rattlers outscored Atlanta 6-2 in the fourth quarter, including the game-tying goal from John Ranagan with just under a minute left in regulation.
The loss snapped a franchise-best three-game winning streak for the Blaze.
