Astros 5K Road Race to be held Saturday, July 24th

The 2010 Greeneville Astros 5K, presented by Atmos Energy, benefitting the Boys & Girls Club of Greeneville and Greene County, is back for its fifth year. The race will be held Saturday, July 24th at 8:00am at Pioneer Park in Greeneville, Tennessee. Registration will begin at 6:30am.
The run will start on the campus of Tusculum College, winding through a scenic hiking trail of Tusculum, and ending in Pioneer Park, the baseball stadium for the Greeneville Astros.
The pre-registration price is $13 and registration the day of the race is $15. Participants will receive a T-shirt (guaranteed for early registrants, as available for late registrants) and a General Admission ticket to a Greeneville Astros baseball game.
Awards will be given out to the top three male and female finishers in each of the six age groups, with the top overall male and female finishers throwing out a ceremonial first pitch at an Astros game.
