(Chicago, IL)... The Premier Basketball League (PBL) and the arenafootball2 League (af2) announced today that the organizations have entered into a joint venture agreement.

"We are proud to become associated with such a first class organization as af2. Combining the resources of both the af2 and the PBL creates a recognizable winning atmosphere," stated PBL Chairman Dr. Sev Hrywnak.

The PBL and af2 will work together to offer premier marketing partnership opportunities for sponsors and advertisers as well as combining forces on other projects.

"By combining the top leagues in our respective sports, we are able to offer sponsors and advertisers avenues to the much sought after sport demographic throughout the entire year, rather than just a single sport season," stated PBL CEO Thomas Doyle.
